From ForGender Seal we promote a new cycle of free training sessions designed to reinforce and update local equality policies within the framework of the DIGECP Project, (Distinctive for Gender Equality in Towns and Cities), which has the support of the European Union.

Who are we addressing?

These training courses have been specially designed for political and technical municipal staff committed to equality, as well as women’s organizations and associations in the local area. The sessions provide an opportunity to share experiences with other certified municipalities, learn about the latest tools, and develop your leadership skills in public policies for equality.

General objetive

Train the political and technical staff of municipalities already certified and committed to equality, as well as county councils – supra-municipal local entities that support municipalities and coordinate services in the territory – to integrate the gender perspective in a transversal way, with special emphasis on current feminisms, co-responsibility and the use of time in local public policies. The training will allow these key actors to go from knowing the regulations to applying them in a real and effective way, guaranteeing institutional and social transformation.

➡️Each session is independent, but all are connected to offer a comprehensive and practical vision.
