Intersectionality enables us to recognize that patriarchy is not the only form of oppression; rather, it is intertwined with other systems of exploitation. Therefore, the gender perspective must include this diversity of experiences to be truly liberating.

Time Pact

Feminist and transformative initiative that challenges one of the roots of gender inequality: the unfair distribution of time. It recognizes that the unequal distribution of care and domestic tasks perpetuate gender stereotypes and roles and is committed to an equitable management of time in the work, family and personal spheres to guarantee rights, co-responsibility and social justice.

Economic empowerment of women

Basic strategy promotes an egalitarian society and local economic growth. This initiative ensures that women have the same access to decent jobs, leadership positions and financial resources as men.

Tackling sexist violence

The fight against violence towards women is a fundamental priority that requires decisive and comprehensive action. This initiative tackles the underlying causes of violence, provides support for victims, and strives to transform the culture that perpetuates inequality.

The Violeta Schools project was established with the aim of promoting real and structural transformation in primary and secondary education, with gender equality, diversity, and human rights forming the backbone of educational action.

How the evaluation
process works

  1. Initial diagnosis: The center is evaluated to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Commitment of the management and team: The center adopts an action plan with specific measures to advance towards the established objectives.
  3. Follow-up and accompaniment: The Forgender Seal Association and the Unitary Platform against Gender Violence offer support throughout the process.
  4. Obtaining the badge: The centers that meet the requirements receive the corresponding.
