She holds a degree in Law, with different postgraduate degrees and a master's degree in equality and international cooperation. In 2014, she promoted the gender and human rights-based approach (EGiBDH) in the public policy of cooperation for the development of Catalonia, making it the first feminist policy in the country. She holds a degree in Law and is a specialist in incorporating the gender perspective into public policies, organisations and international cooperation.

She has led projects in more than a dozen countries in Latin America, Africa and India, and has designed and coordinated awareness campaigns such as Mou-te per Àfrica, Stop Sida, Dona i pobresa, relació perpètua?, Mou-te per la igualtat, és de justícia, Dones de foc, Klindimuka o SAW – States Against Women. Her experience combines public management (as General Director of Cooperation of the Generalitat de Catalunya), multilateralism (UNFPA), the third sector (Aid in Action) and the associative and consulting field.

She is the creator of the SG CITY 50-50 Standard, developed by Forgender Seal, the first international certification that evaluates and accredits the commitment of municipal governments to gender equality. She has published numerous articles on human rights, feminism and development in media such as La Independent, Diari ARA and Women360Congress, and has participated in debate spaces such as Terrícolas (BTV) or Para Todos La 2 (TVE). He has also appeared in the Parliament of Catalonia to influence equality, cooperation and sport policies.

She is an active member of the National Council of Women of Catalonia, councillor of the Observatory Women, Business and Economics of the Chamber of Commerce of Barcelona, expert of the Territory and Sustainability Commission of the Generalitat, member of the board of La Independent, of the 50a50 Association and representative in Catalonia of the NGO Sòlida.

She has also founded Coop4equality, a social innovation project focused on incorporating the gender and human rights approach into the policies and structures of public and private organizations.

He holds a Law degree from the University of Barcelona and is an expert in equality, development, and human rights policies. He has a long-standing track record in the social sector and international cooperation and has spent more than two decades promoting social transformation projects both locally and globally.

He is a founding member of the Forgender Seal Association, playing a pivotal role in the development and evaluation of gender equality projects. He was one of the main creators of the SG CITY 50-50 Distinction, the first municipal certification in gender equality which has already been implemented in over 50 municipalities.
Previously, he was with the Fundació Ajuda en Acció for almost 15 years, working as a coordinator in Catalonia and the Balearic Islands, responsible for institutional relations and project promotion in Latin America, Africa and Asia.

He was part of the team that developed recognised initiatives such as Mou-te per la Igualtat, It's About Justice, and Women and Men: We Move for Equality.
He currently offers consulting services in equality, the preparation of plans and protocols, the evaluation of public policies, and training for public and private entities from Coop4equality.

She is a social worker, an expert in international cooperation, education for global citizenship and public policies with a gender perspective and human rights. With a solid professional career and a firm vocation for social transformation, she has been a promoter of projects in the field of development, feminism, interculturality and peacebuilding.

Currently, she works as coordinator of the Confederation of Cooperation and Solidarity Funds, from where she promotes a feminist and transformative municipalist cooperation, based on the values of global justice, institutional co-responsibility and local democracy. From this space, it accompanies local funds and municipalities in their external action, integrating the feminist and rights approach in decentralized cooperation strategies.

She has developed a large part of her career in organizations such as Ayuda en Acción, where she led education projects for global citizenship and campaigns such as Move for equality, it is about justice and Women and men we move for equality, which had a strong social impact and were recognized for their innovative and transformative character. She has also been responsible for strategic areas such as gender, rights and humanitarian action in the Catalan Agency for Development Cooperation.

With continuous training in gender, human rights, intercultural education and development management, she has participated as a speaker and trainer in numerous forums, congresses and debate spaces, such as the World Social Forum, the Beijing+15 review at the United Nations, or international cooperation meetings in Mexico, Senegal and Tunisia. She collaborates with media such as La Independent and El Diario, where she publishes critical reflections on public policies, feminisms, global justice and institutional transformation processes.

For more than 17 years he worked as Director of Human Resources in a company with an international presence, where he led a team specialized in areas such as labor administration, selection, training, occupational safety and health and collective bargaining. This experience has allowed him to integrate a strategic and human vision in the management of talent and organizations.

Subsequently, for eight years, he assumed the responsibility of a development NGO, coordinating projects in Latin American countries and leading volunteer teams in Galicia and Asturias.

His commitment to human rights and global equity has been maintained throughout his career, linking his experience in the company and the third sector to a transformative perspective, with special attention to the values of cooperation and gender equality.

She is a feminist journalist and communicator who has a proven track record in defending women’s rights and promoting gender-sensitive journalism. She is the co-founder and co-director of La Independent, Catalonia's pioneering gender-focused news agency, and an active member of the Network of Gender-Focused Journalists (XIDPIC.CAT).

She has contributed to numerous communication, training and social advocacy projects, consistently adopting a feminist, critical and transformative approach. She regularly participates in forums, conferences and institutional events as a moderator, speaker or facilitator, emphasizing the importance of inclusive language and non-sexist communication, and the role of the media in constructing a fairer, more egalitarian society.

She is a leading voice in the field of communication with a gender perspective in Catalonia, combining journalism, training and activism in her professional career.

Historical reference point for the Catalan feminist movement, and a pioneer in promoting entrepreneurship and female leadership. She holds degrees in Philosophy and Letters and in Pedagogy from the University of Barcelona. She promoted the Catalan Women's Days in 1976 and founded the Catalan Women's Association during the Franco regime, thus beginning a lifelong commitment to women's rights.

She has worked as a teacher and businesswoman, and was the founder of the Technical Women’s Centre (1988–2002). There, she created the first competency-based orientation programs for women in new technologies and company creation. She represented the European program ILE (Employment Initiatives for Women Entrepreneurs) in the European Commission for six years, and was the driving force behind the first women entrepreneurs' associations in Catalonia. She also created the first microcredit programs for women entrepreneurs in the country.

She founded the International Foundation for Entrepreneurship (FIDEM) and established the Women, Business and Economics Observatory (ODEE) at the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce. She directed this entity until 2023 and is now its honorary president. She also founded the ODEE Board of Directors and the 50a50 Association in 2017.

She has been an active voice in institutional, business, and media circles, working as a consultant on strategic social and institutional plans, a personal and professional life coach, and a lecturer and columnist in various media outlets.

Throughout her career, she has received numerous awards, including the Creu de Sant Jordi from the Generalitat de Catalunya in recognition of her work promoting equality and empowering women.

She is currently active as a promoter and creator of transformative projects, developing networks and providing training and advice to organizations, companies and groups with a feminist, inclusive and forward-looking perspective.
